Priscilla is passionate about the environment, public health, and ensuring an equitable energy transition amid climate change.
In her role at SoCalGas, Priscilla leads a team of policy experts focused on advancing clean energy solutions at the California Energy Commission and local air districts. Prior to joining SoCalGas, she served as an Economist at the South Coast Air Quality Management District by analyzing the economic and public health impacts of air quality regulations. Priscilla’s research and policy skills were honed during her time at the Milken Institute, an economic think tank, where she analyzed topics including California’s film tax incentives, workforce development in the Central Valley, and payday lending. She wrote extensively for the Milken Institute blog and published op-eds in Yahoo Finance and the Sacramento Bee. Priscilla has a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and a B.S. in International Affairs and Modern Language from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech).
