Michele Hamlett oversees ongoing business operations for the company. She designs and implements business strategies and establishes policies which promote company culture and vision.
Prior to RCC, Michele worked at several international Investment Banks, JP Morgan, UBS and Goldman Sachs in New York, assisting high net worth individuals, families and business owners with their financial portfolios. Through collaboration with a team of advisers, Michele assisted her clients with developing tax mitigation strategies and implementing estate and legacy planning goals.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from U.C. Davis and her MBA from Purdue University where she studied abroad in Hannover, Germany.
Michele has always believed in remaining actively engaged in her civic duties. She has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Create Now, EmpowHer, Midnight Mission, Weingart and most recently joined the Board of Directors for Pacific Clinics, where she serves as the Co-Chair of the Resource Development Committee.
Michele is an avid hiker, enjoys the Arts and loves travelling.
