I have always upheld the mantra, “to whom much is given much is required,” and after 20 years in the social services sector I have given every talent, skill set, and degree I've earned to my passion of assisting other people reach their highest level of self-sufficiency.

I hold a BA in Sociology and Urban Studies from Loyola Marymount University where I minored in Political Science. I completed Post Baccalaureate work in Public Administration from Cal State Long Beach, and I have a Masters in Nonprofit Management from Antioch University. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Organizational Development at Grand Canyon University. After working in the nonprofit, government and social services sector for two decades, I launched Cultivate the Movement, an organization geared toward assisting nonprofits and public sector agencies in “putting the human back in human services.”

Ms. Johnson is driven by seeing others succeed and this passion shows in everything she touches.
