Hello,

I am an IT professional who is passionate about two things : data and process analysis. The amount of data we collect is never ending and I get excited about analyzing data to solve customer problems. This passion about data has made me pursue my education further and did my Masters in Data Science. The second passion is Process analysis. My recent one is where I took a process that takes about 2 hrs to complete, analyzed it end to end and improved it to be done in 20 minutes, which saved significant time on resources spent.
