Hi! My name is Kristyn Nelms and I work for Anthem Blue Cross out of our Downtown Los Angeles Office (when we aren’t working remotely). I have spent the last 23 years in the health benefits industry, working with brokers, consultants and clients to design successful benefit programs. In my current role as Regional Managing Director of Strategic Accounts, I am responsible for providing public sector expertise to drive new business growth in the public sector market, as well as over-seeing account management retention activities for large complex medical and specialty accounts within Anthem’s Strategic Account department (specific to large cities, counties and schools throughout California). I oversee a team of Account Executives that manage a book of business with approximately 460,000 members for several large public entity clients.
