Jessica Kirchner Flores is owner and Managing Principal of Impact Sciences, an environmental planning firm headquartered in Los Angeles. Jessica has more than 18 years of experience in environmental analysis on a wide variety of projects in Los Angeles County. She joined Impact Sciences as a project manager and was presented with an opportunity to become an owner in 2015. Since that time, she has shifted the business focus of the firm to concentrate on the areas of transportation, housing, and education. As a leader, she is focused on the firm’s core values and creating a vibrant, engaging culture.

Her expertise is in the areas business operations and leadership, specifically: changing company culture, using data to drive results through KPIs, and government procurement and certifications.

Jessica’s academic background is in urban planning (MPL, University of Southern California) and journalism (B.A, Rutgers University). She also serves on the board of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Los Angeles (NAWBO-LA) and is passionate about expanding business opportunities for women.
