About
Anjanette Guerrero serves as a Community Relations Manager for the Greater Los Angeles Market, and Local Market Lead for the Tri-Valley region (San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Antelope Valleys). In this role, she is responsible for supporting local and national initiatives, activating corporate sponsorships, managing market assets, and driving brand visibility, community engagement, associate connectivity and business integration opportunities.
In her previous role, Anjanette led the Mortgage and Vehicle Servicing Operations (MVSO) Process & Risk Analysis team, responsible for maintaining the process inventory, and executing Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) routines to ensure the effectiveness of the control environment based on Corporate Operational Risk guidelines.
In the last 10 years with Bank of America, Anjanette has served as co-chair of the Bank of America Ventura County Leadership, Education, Advocacy and Development (LEAD) for Women chapter, the co-chair of the Enterprise LEAD for Women Partnerships committee, and the co-chair of Bank of America Community Volunteers Los Angeles.
