Leadership Southern California

Thank you for your interest in applying to participate in Leadership Southern California. Please allow 15-20 minutes to complete this application.  You will be asked for your contact information, work and education history, about your interest in the program and your vision for the future of Southern California.

After you submit your application, you will be directed to a demographic survey. This is a separate, anonymous survey that helps SCLN measure and evaluate the impact of our outreach efforts on ensuring a diverse cohort. All questions on the survey are optional and responses are greatly appreciated. Answers to the survey DO NOT impact your selection into the program.

Upon acceptance into the program, proof of vaccination  is required to attend in-person seminars.

Please complete the application in one sitting. Once you submit your application, you will no longer be able to edit it.  SCLN will contact you to discuss next steps once your application is reviewed.  Should you have any questions, please contact Jessica Coronel, Manager, Recruitment and Administration at 213.580.7537 or jcoronel@lachamber.com.

Before starting your application, please be sure to review the schedule of seminars. Attendance at the two-day orientation and all leadership workshops are mandatory; attendance at all sessions is expected.

Fellows are required to attend the entire day (9a.m. - 3p.m. for virtual; 9a.m. - 5p.m. for in-person seminars) of at least 5 of 7 non-mandatory seminars in order to graduate. Late arrival or leaving early from a seminar will be considered an absence.
