Leadership L.A. Application

Thank you for your interest in applying to participate in Leadership L.A. Please allow 20-30 minutes to complete this application.  You will be asked for your contact information, work and education history, and about your interest in the Leadership  L.A., the civic activities you are involved in, as well as what you hope to gain from your participation.
 
At the end of the survey you will be asked to take a demographic survey. This is a separate, anonymous survey that helps SCLN ensure that our outreach to communities in Southern California Region ensures a diverse cohort. All questions on this survey are optional and responses are greatly appreciated. Answers to this survey DO NOT impact your selection into the program.
