LEADERSHIP L.A.
About the Program
Leadership L.A. (LLA) is designed for professionals across all industries and sectors who are becoming increasingly active in professional and community leadership roles throughout Los Angeles County. Through classroom dialogue with local leaders and subject-matter experts and hands-on exploration of local organizations and institutions, LLA helps leaders better understand the people, systems, trends and issues shaping the city and county. Based on the tenets of healthy communities, participants explore through first-hand experiences such topics as community safety, economic development, education, growth and sustainability, transportation and mobility, and arts and culture.
Leadership L.A. fellows also engage in personal leadership development including the internal dynamics of leadership, developing their leadership portfolio and a 360 assessment of their leadership style.

Tuition
Tuition for Leadership L.A. is $3,950, which includes full participation in seminars, all materials, meals and ground transportation. A 10 percent discount is available for SCLN alumni and members of the L.A. Area Chamber. Limited scholarships may be available for qualified candidates with demonstrated financial need. If you are interested in applying for a scholarship, please indicate on the application.
