| BINATIONAL COOPERATION. Hon. Juan Marcos Gutierrez, Consul General of Mexico, joined Southern California Leadership Network alumni at a Conversations with Leaders event on Feb. 11 at the L.A. Area Chamber, where he discussed security and economy issues in Mexico and the crossborder region. "The name of the game is cooperation," he stressed.
