Southern California Leadership Network
Mission Statement
The mission of the Southern California Leadership Network is to develop a productive network of exemplary and diverse leaders in the business, government and community sectors who are capable of addressing the critical challenges facing the Southern California region. The organization's core programs are Leadership L.A. and Leadership Southern California.
History
In 2006, the Leadership L.A. Foundation, founded in 1987, and the Southern California Leadership Network, founded in 1989, joined forces in a partnership with the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce.
Now programs of the Southern California Leadership Network at the L.A. Chamber, both Leadership L.A. and Leadership Southern California will continue to be the region's two premier civic leadership development programs. SCLN also provides life-long learning and networking opportunities for alumni through events, mixers and leadership initiatives. SCLN is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

The early application deadline for Leadership Southern California 2011 was on July 19, 2010 and the interview process is now underway.
