A unique, experiential "master class" on Southern California in the company of talented, high-energy peers.

For more than 20 years, Leadership Southern California (LSC) has enrolled approximately 40 interviewed and selected mid- to senior-level executives in a 10-month leadership development fellowship to explore our region's assets and opportunities. LSC embodies the values of regional stewardship, experiential learning and deep exposure to regional public policy issues across Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside and Ventura counties.

Recruiting efforts are aimed at ensuring that the diversity of the region is reflected fully in the composition of the class, with special attention given to cultural, gender, age and professional diversity. Classes include leaders from the ranks of private industry, government and the non-profit sector. Tuition cost of the fellowship for 2013-2014 is $4,500 with a 10 percent credit for Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce member organizations.
