Alumni Directory FAQs

1. How do I update my leadership profile?
   

   • You will need to click on the "Click here to edit your profile" link on the directory page. This will take you to your account management on the L.A. Area Chamber partner site, where you can edit contact information, industries, skills, community involvement, interests, and higher education history.

   
   

2. I made changes to my profile, but they have not shown up in my account management or online. What happened?
   

   • Changes to your profile must be approved by SCLN staff. Changes may take up to 24 hours to process.
     
     

3. I updated my username and password, but I cannot log in. What happened?
   

   • As above, changes to your profile, including username and password, must be approved by SCLN staff. Changes may take up to 24 hours to process.
     
     

4. I forgot my username and password. How can I retrieve this information?
   

   • If you've forgotten your username and password, please contact us for this information.
     
     

5. How do I view alumni contact and other detailed information?
   

   • You can view alumni information in the Alumni Directory. You must log in to see detailed profiles of alumni. Your Web browser will remember your password as you browse, so you do not need to log in every time to see individual alumni records.
     
     

6. Who can see my detailed profile?
   

   • Only SCLN alumni and staff can log in to see your detailed profile. As stated in the Website Terms of Use, alumni contact information cannot be used for spam, commercial solicitation or political purposes. Third parties are prohibited from using your information.
